Penelope von Pelsner is an adorable, 14-month-old, smaller-sized German Shepherd/Malinois mix.  What a cutie this one is!  Young, cuddly and so willing to please, Penelope is as friendly as they come.  True to her mix, she is active and energetic, and she loves to get out and play.  After a long day playing and exercising, she collapses into your arms for cuddles and praise.  While submissive around people, Penelope is exuberant around other dogs.  She instantly engages them to play and will romp for hours.  Her excitement can be too much for some dogs, so she would be best paired with another playful and tolerant dog.  Penelope is seeking an active home that can keep her busy and teach her all the finer points of walking on leash and games of tug.
